Updating Your Business Information

Once you submit a ‘Business information update’ we will aim to resolve it within 24 hours. Whilst this is the case with most updates more time may be required if the issue is complex. We have a variety of sources that we use to verify updates, first of all content users. Secondly third party sources. Finally, we may reach out to the owner of the business.
Submissions that provide Additional Context when applicable and follow our guidelines will generally be resolved faster. Similarly, if you claim your business it is also faster to verify.
We accept Business information updates from anyone. Including: business owners, Mycareplace users and data partners, essentially anyone using the site can suggest business updates or add a business. Business owners who claim their page can update it directly from their dashboard and submit it for us to evaluate.
We submit any changes made to your Business to our content moderators for review. Therefore, any changes will not show immediately we normally review them within 24hrs. Once we approve your listing, changes will appear immediately and as a result you do not need to take further action.
We aim to keep Mycareplace business pages simple, accurate and a general reflection of the way consumers recognize a Business. However if you think we have it wrong let us know.
All business page suggestions/ updates sent to Mycareplace have to be independently verified by our content moderators. Not everything will be valid so we need to carefully evaluate each suggestion. We need to make sure its a fit before we can approve it. Not all suggestions are in line with our particular standards for business page information.
If the information does not meet our criteria it will be rejected, therefore, what you suggest must fall within our guidelines, below are what would be considered a valid suggestion:

- “From the Business” section
